Kat was destined for restaurant life. The challenge and camaraderie of the kitchen combined with her competitive spirit were a perfect fit. Under Chef Jared Yazvac in Columbus, Ohio she began honing her skills and learning technique. In 2010 she moved to Denver as part of the Ocean Prime chef team. Denver has only added fuel to her culinary fire. Here, she is continually inspired by all of the amazing Colorado ingredients and local talent to express her fun, full of flavor point of view.
